摘 要:为节能降耗,无机保温砂浆保温系统广泛应用于建筑外墙。然而,设计施工了保温材料的外墙使用后普遍会出现渗漏、空鼓、脱落等质量问题,给使用带来了不便和隐患。实践中发现渗漏墙面的无机保温砂浆强度明显下降,文章就无机保温砂浆力学性能随含水率不同呈现的规律进行试验研究,其结果可以解释墙面为何出现空鼓、脱落等,为治理外墙外保温系统墙面质量问题提供依据。In order to save energy and reduce cost, the thermal insulating mortar systems are widely applied on building external walls. However, the external walls that are designed and constructed with thermal insulating materials often occur with quality problems such as leakage, hollowing and peeling which brings inconvenience and hidden troubles. In practice, it ifnds that the strength of inorganic thermal insulating mortar on leaking walls is reduced signiifcantly. This paper carries out experimental study on the rule that the mechanical property of thermal insulating mortar changes with different water contents and the results can explain why the walls occur with hollowing and peeling etc. and provide basis for controlling the quality problems of thermal insulating systems of external wall.
