摘  要:基于Fluent 6.3软件平台,选用Reynolds时均的Realizable k-ε湍流模型对复杂碟式机架进行三维定常风场作用的数值模拟。应用带圆柱内域分区的多风向角建模方法,建立满足流场充分发展和网格独立解的计算域模型,模拟得到了45组工况的总风载荷、风压分布及绕流特性等结果。分析风载荷随工况的变化规律,并将载荷曲线同抛物雷达天线风洞试验结果进行定性的对比分析,验证了模拟结果的合理性。采用因次方法探讨了聚光器镜面风载荷占机架总风载荷的比值,给出了典型工况聚光器体型系数分布及各分区载荷极值,进一步分析流场绕流特性揭示了载荷产生的机制,所得结论为碟式光热太阳能整机结构抗风设计提供依据。Based on Fluent 6.3 software,Navier-Stokes equations with Reynolds time average were chosen to simulate 3D steady wind field of a complex dish frame.Computational domain model satisfying unrestraint flow field and grid independent solutions was built by applying the multi-angle wind modeling method with inner domain subareas of a cylinder.45-group results of total wind load,wind pressure distribution and flow around characteristics were acquired with simulations.Varying laws of wind load with different working conditions were analyzed.The reasonableness of simulation results was verified with a qualitative comparative analysis between load curves and parabolic radar antenna wind tunnel test results.The ratio of the condenser mirror load to the total wind load of the frame was explored by adopting the dimensionless method.Condenser shape factor distribution and extremes of each subarea load were acquired under typical working conditions. And the load generating mechanism was revealed with further analysis of the flow around characteristics.The study results provided a basis for wind-resistant design of the whole structure of a photo-thermal solar energy dish.
