手法治疗肩关节周围炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :比较中医推拿手法与单纯红外线照射治疗肩关节周围炎的临床疗效。方法 :选取2013年门诊肩关节周围炎患者107例,随机分为治疗组55例和对照组52例,对两组疗效进行比较。结果 :治疗组总有效率为96.3%,对照组为84.6%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :中医手法推拿治疗中老年肩关节周围炎,具有缓解症状,改善肩关节功能活动的功效。Objective： To compare the clinical efficacy between the massage of traditional Chinese medicine and the simple infrared radiation on the periarthritis of shoulder. Methods： In the outpatient department, 107 cases with periarthritis of shoulder were selected in 2013 and randomly divided into a treatment group with 55 cases and a control one with 52. The effects of two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.3% and 84.6% in the control group. Their comparative difference had the statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The massage of traditional Chinese medicine has the effect on relieving symptoms and improving the function of the periarthritis of shoulder to the middle and old patients.
