摘　　要：水电站施工阶段建设时间长,涉及内容多,投资划分点较多,工程变更多,资金使用额度大,是投资控制工作重要阶段,监理工程师需运用多方面措施来发挥投资控制作用。The construction stage is the important one for the project investment control, where construction time is long, involvements are various, investment items are many, engineering changes are a lot and investment capital is in a large amount.The Supervision Engineer is required to apply couples of measures to envisage the investment control functions.
