摘 要:以神华宁煤集团优质太西煤为原料,经物理化学法在800-850℃条件下活化处理,制备出超级电容器用煤基活性炭,并对改性前后活性炭的孔结构和形态进行表征。通过循环伏安、恒流充放电等测试手段,对该样品作为超级电容器电极材料而制备的电容器特性及其比电容进行研究。结果表明,以本实验所得太西煤基活性炭为原料制备的超级电容器电极抗化学腐蚀性能强、热膨胀系数较小、密度低,且具有优良的导热和大电流导电性能。Taking high-quality Taixi coal of Shenhua Ningxia Coal Group as raw material, the coal-based activated carbon(AC) for super capacitor was prepared by activation treatment at 800 - 850 ℃ with the physical-chemical process. And the pore size and morphology of activated carbon before and after the modification were characterized. Characteristics and specific capacitance of the capacitor prepared by using above activated carbon as the super capacitor electrode were studied with the testing methods of cyclic voltammetry and constant current charging-discharging. The results show that the activated carbon super capacitor electrode prepared from high-quality Taixi coal has better chemical corrosion resistance, smaller thermal expansion coefficient, lower density and better thermal conductivity and higher current electrical conductivity.
