摘 要:将热粘合PET按照一定比率混纺到原丝绒里面,制备得到新的混纺丝绒。利用纤维切片器、万能光学显微镜、纱线电子强力仪、滚箱式起球仪等对新混纺丝绒改性前后的横截面形态、力学性能、转移指数和抗起毛起球性能进行表征,研究了热粘合PET对丝绒抗起毛起球性能的影响。结果表明,添加热粘合PET的新丝绒,在热处理之后,强度明显提高了,从16.90 c N/Tex上升到18.57 c N/Tex,增加了9.9%,抗起毛起球性能也明显得到了改善。The thermal bonding PET were added to velvet by a certain ratio to form new velvet. Mechanical properties, transfer index and pilling resistance were characterized by fiber slicer, microscope, yarn electronic tensile strength tester, rolling box pilling tester,etc. The results showed that the strength of new velvet obviously improved after heat treatment. It was increased by 9.9%, from 16.90 cN/Tex to 18.57 cN/Tex. The new velvet’s pilling resistance also obviously improved. The surface of velvet was in order without pilling.
