摘　　要：当今世界,石油逐渐成为这个时代的主要能源之一,对于石油的开采、储备、和合理使用成为各国经济发展的重要因素。我国是石油储备大国,随着与世界各国石油贸易的发展,石油安全问题已经成为我国石头储备的重点问题,这也给石油储备管理提出更大的挑战。我国的石油储备管理是本着管理权集中、行政与企业分离、管理机构精炼等原则建立起高度"自治"的管理、操作与决策且统一于中央管理的三级管理体系,使我国的石油储备成为具有科学管理、敏锐高效、节约简朴的石油储备管理体系。In today＇s world, oil is becoming one of main energy resources. Exploitation, reserve and rational use of oil have become an important factor in national economic development. Our country has large oil reserve; with development of petroleum trade with other countries, the oil security issue has become a key issue of oil reserve, which is bigger challenge to oil reserve management. China＇s oil reserve management is a three-level management, operation and decision-making management system based on the principle of management right concentration, administration and enterprise separation, management organization simplification. So our oil reserve management system is scientific, efficient and simple.
