摘  要:输气管道泄露检测技术是在管道出现老化、腐蚀、人为破坏和自身缺陷等问题时,及时发现并做出报警反应的检测技术。输气管道泄漏不仅会带来巨大的经济损失,而且外漏后的天然气也存在严重的安全隐患,如不及时发现,容易造成重大事故。因此管道检漏技术就是油气安全运输的保障。首先对检漏技术进行了分类,并着重对红外线成像检漏技术、负压波检测技术、漏磁检漏技术、分布式光纤检漏技术等9种新型的间接检漏技术进行了原理分析、进展介绍和适应性评价,最后对管道检漏技术的发展前景做出了展望。Gas pipeline leak detection technology is a detection technology of discovering and making detection alarm reaction when the pipeline is becoming aging, corrosion, man-made destruction and its defects. The leakage from gas pipelines will not only bring huge economic loss, but also the leakage of natural gas is serious and hidden security danger. If the leakage cannot be found in time, it is easy to cause a major accident. Therefore, pipeline leak detection technology is a guarantee of the security of oil and gas transportation. In this paper, the leak detection technologies were classified, and principle analysis and adaptability evaluation of nine types of indirect detection techniques were carried out, including the infrared imaging detection technology, the negative pressure wave detection technology, the magnetic flux leakage detection technology, the distributed optical fiber leak detection technology and so on. Finally, the development prospect of the pipeline leak detection technology was discussed.
