摘　　要：当今,科技关涉人类生活方方面面,由生态科技精神与生态理性价值观念所构筑的生态科技文化成为构建生态文明社会的文化基础。生态科技文化是人类与自然关系现代演化的必然趋向;生态科技文化是科技文化实践的认识论转向;生态科技文化是彰显社会幸福生存意义的实践文化,保障了人类的幸福生活之根,提供了社会持续发展之核心价值观。Science and technology is concerned with every aspect of human life. Eco-tech culture composed of the spirit of eco-tech and eco-rational values has become the cultural foundation of ecologycivilized society.It is an inevitable trend of the evolution of the relationship between human and nature;it is the epistemology of eco-tech cultural practice;it is the practice to demonstrate human happiness.It can protect the root of happy life as the core values of social sustainable development.
