摘　　要：冷战后,哈佛大学著名国际政治学教授约瑟夫·奈提出了"软实力"这一全新的概念。国内学者围绕软实力的概念、内涵、特征以及软实力与硬实力的关系等一系列问题展开讨论并取得了丰硕的研究成果,在一定程度上使软实力理论中国化。在理论研究的同时,国内外学界对中国软实力建设的现状、存在的问题以及对策等主题同样给予了高度的重视。从软实力理论研究的中国化以及中国的软实力建设研究两个层面对学者们的研究成果作一番归纳和总结,并在此基础上指出以往研究中存在的不足之处。After the Cold War,Joseph Nye,a famous scholar of Harvard University put forward a new concept ＂soft power＂ for international political science. The domestic scholars have discussed a series of questions about the concept, connotation, features of soft power, and the relation between soft power and hard power and so on.In addition,these scholars have got fruitful results in the theory,and also show the localization of theory of the soft power in China in some extent. The domestic and foreign scholars also paid the same degree of attention on the status quo, the existing problems and countermeasures in the construction of the China＇s soft power.In this paper,the author reviews the researches of scholars from the aspects of soft power theory and China＇s soft power construction,and then points out the shortcoming of these studies.
