摘　　要：城镇化进程中,农村的社会结构发生变动。社会结构变动也引起乡村社会生活、社会组织及服务方式的转变。经历城镇化的乡村社会善治需要进行乡村治理制度转型,以集体产权为基础的村民自治组织应向农村居民开放,在村委会政治经济功能基础上拓展其公共服务功能特别是养老服务功能;重建相扶相助的乡邻文化,构建农村社区自我整合机制。In the process of urbanization, changes happen in the rural population structure, family structure,employment structure, income structure, organization structure change, and the rural social organization, management and service mode.The Rural society governance needs the national rural governance system transformation, so the villagers＂ autonomous organization must open to rural residents.Also the village committee needs to provide service for the aged.The rural community requires the construction of the self-integration mechanism, rebuilding of mutual neighbor culture, as well as the improvement of the rural public affairs governance construction.
