摘 要:为使兴隆庄选煤厂的煤泥浮选参数处于最优状态,以该厂煤泥为研究对象,进行浮选药剂种类和用量选择试验,并确定最佳入浮矿浆浓度和加药方式,在最佳试验条件基础上进行浮选速度试验。试验结果表明:捕收剂选用TDS,用量为800 g/t,起泡剂选用HL-03A,用量为100 g/t,且采用一次加药方式,浮选效果最好;在最佳试验条件下,可获得产率为42.93%、灰分为9.83%的浮选精煤,浮选完善指标为42.48%,满足实际生产需求。To make the coal slime flotation parameters of Xinglongzhuang coal preparation plant in optimal condition,the coal sample from Xinglongzhuang was studied as the main research object,conducted the test of best floatation reagent choosing and dosage,also determined the best pulp density and dosing mode.Based on the best experiment conditions,the flotation speed test was carried out.The experimental results showed that when the collector selected is TDS,the dosage is 800 g / t,the foaming agent selected is HL-03 A,the dosage is 100 g / t,and added at one time,the flotation effect is better.Under the best experiment conditions,the yield of clean coal is 42.93%,ash content is 9.83%,and complete index of flotation is 42.48%,which meet the requirement of production.
