摘 要:为提纯内蒙古鄂尔多斯矿区选煤尾矿中的硬质高岭土,在对矿样性质分析基础上,确定选矿原则流程;通过磨矿试验确定最佳磨矿时间和磨矿细度,并对反浮选、浮选脱碳和除铁、磁选除杂条件进行优化;在最优试验条件下,对该硬质高岭土进行提纯。试验结果表明:经反浮选、浮选脱碳和除铁、磁选除杂后,可获得Al2O3百分含量为34.72%、Fe2O3百分含量为0.54%、Ti O2百分含量为0.50%、白度为84.24%的优质高岭土。提纯后的高岭土满足搪瓷和橡塑工业煅烧优级高岭土的质量要求。To purify hard-kaolin deriving from coal tailings in Erdos area of Inner Mongolia,an ore dressing flow-sheet was determined based on the detailed analyses of ore samples properties; the optimum milling time and fineness was achieved through grinding tests,and optimized the conditions of carbon and iron removal by floatation and impurity removal by magnetic separation.The hard-kaolin was purified under the optimum tests conditions.Test results suggest that after carbon and iron removal by flotation and magnetic separation,the final kaolin containing 34.72% of Al2O3、0.54% of Fe2O3、0.50% of Ti O2 and its calcinations whiteness reached 84.24%,which meet the national standard of high quality calcinations kaolin in enamel,rubber and plastic industries.
