我国锂离子动力电池技术专利申请状况分析

摘　　要：本文利用国家知识产权局网站上发布的中国专利数据库,采用专利分析的方法,对动力型锂离子电池技术领域的相关专利数据进行统计、提炼、分析,从专利申请总量、重点专利技术和专利申请人等方面对锂离子动力电池技术专利进行分析总结,为我国锂离子动力电池产业技术研发和专利布局提供参考。Using official web site of Chinese patent database and Patent analysis method, the paper searches, analyzes and statistics the related patent data of Chinese Lithiumion Power Battery technology. Then from the perspectives of application amount, key patents and patent applicants, the paper analyzes the patents of Chinese Lithi- um-ion Power Battery technology. Finally, the paper provides reference to the R＆D and patent composition of Chinese Lithium-ion Power Battery technology.
