医学实践中人文精神缺失的症结解析

摘　　要：从医学实践中人文精神缺失的三大症结:医学实践仍以崇尚"技术主义"的生物医学模式为主;医院经营管理理念存在偏差;医务人员人文底蕴不足出发分析说明了医学人文精神缺失已成为造成医患关系紧张的重要因素之一。并就解决问题的相应策略进行了思考:要构建全程式的人文教育体系,要重塑立体式的人文服务体系并倡导植入式的文化建设体系,以期能对医学人文精神的建设实践提供参考。This paper made an analysis from three aspects, namely the biomedical model taking the technicism as the core, hospital management practice and humanistic cultivation of medical staff to reveal the crux for the medical humanis- tic spiri lack, which has been an important factors that cause the tension doctor-patient relationship. Some relevant coun- termeasures were put forward to solve the problems, which including ： to build a full program of humanities education sys- tem, to reshape the humanistic service system in the vertical and advocating the implantable system of cultural construc- tion, in order to provide a reference for the practice of medical humanistic spirit construction.
