摘　　要：通过论述医患关系及其现状,从患者和医者角度分别探讨了对死亡认知的偏差,揭示了当前医患关系恶化的认知层面的原因。因此,构建医患间共享的死亡认知应普及生命教育,树立科学的死亡观;回归生命关怀,体现生命价值;支持临终关怀活动,体现医学人文,从而为医患关系的改善寻求出路。Through discussing the doctor-patient relationship and the status, from the perspective of patients and doctors, respectively discusses the deviation of the cognition of death, reveals the cognitive level of the deterio- ration of the doctor - patient relationship today. Therefore, building shared cognition of death between patient and physician should universal life education, to cultivate death awareness; return to life care, manifest the value of life; support hospice care and reflect the medical humanities, thus for the real way to improve the doctor-patient re- lationship.
