摘　　要：介绍了基于黑龙江省地震行业网构建软件视频会议系统的应用案例。详述该系统的部署架构与实施方案,列举该系统的远程会议与培训、协同办公等多项典型功能的实际应用情况,最后对系统应用中的注意事项及应用前景进行讨论。This paper introduces the application case of software video conference system, which based on the heilongjiang province earthquake industry network. A detailed description the implementation scheme and deployment architecture of the system, lists the practical application on several typical functions of the system, such as the remote conference ,training and team working etc. And finally to the matters needing attention and application prospect of system application are discussed.
