摘 要:高压互感器在强电场的作用下发生局部放电往往存在于绝缘中的某些薄弱部位,该问题在互感器绝缘中普遍存在。一般情况下局部放电虽然不会引起穿透性绝缘击穿,但电介质可以导致局部损坏。局部放电若长期存在,绝缘在一定条件下会导致劣化甚至出现击穿。统计国网安阳供电公司近五年高压互感器故障类型,高压互感器设备的绝缘性故障占该设备故障的54.3%,本文通过调研高压互感器故障产生的原因、类型和危害,对比分析目前国内外各种局放检测技术的方法,确定本文基于超声波法检测局部放电的方向;通过实验室研究五种典型局部放电模型,验证了超声波法的高灵敏度;开发了高压互感器局部放电超声波法在线监测装置并进行了现场试验,截止2014年4月该项技术的应用,共发现高压互感器设备绝缘故障12起,由于发现及时有效地避免了设备事故的发生和扩大。Discharge happening in some weak parts of high voltage transformer insulation in the strong electric field is a common problem under high voltage insulation. Although partial discharge will not cause insulation penetrating breakdown in general, but can lead to a local damage for dielectric. If the partial discharge exists for a long time, it will be leading to insulation degradation and breakdown under certain condition. Statistics of the failure in high voltage transformer type of Anyang power supply company for nearly five years, insulation fault of high-voltage transformer equipment accounted for 54.3% in the equipment failure, this paper research on the reason, type and hazards of high-voltage transformer, comparative analysis of methods of various partial discharge detection technology at home and abroad currently, determine the direction of partial discharge detection based on ultrasonic in this paper; research directionally by five typical partial discharge model in laboratory, validated high sensitivity by ultrasonic method; develop on-line monitoring devices by partial discharge ultrasonic method of high-voltage transformer, Widespread application of the technology as of April 2014, found 12 cases of insulation fault of high voltage transformer equipment effectively, avoid the occurrence of accidents and expanding facilities.
