摘  要:利用夹杂物示踪、系统取样、扫描电镜,针对某厂AOD-LF-VD-CC工艺生产轴承钢的洁净度进行了系统研究,分析了工序中氧、氮含量、夹杂物的数量变化。结果表明:脱氧效果基本上达到要求,LF、浇铸过程中发生不同程度地增氮,VD破空后,钢水中的夹杂物数量和粒径均增加。应适当提高氩气搅拌功率,强化软吹效果;连铸过程中要保证全程保护浇注,避免钢液与大气直接接触吸气。A systematic study was conducted on the cleanliness of bearing steel produced by AOD-LF-VD-CC process by inclusion tracer, systematic sampling and SEM, and the oxygen, nitrogen con-tent and amount of inclusions were analyzed.The result has shown that:the deoxidization effect, by and large, meets the requirements, and nitrogen content increases more or less in the process of LF and CC, and the amount and particle diameter of inclusions increases after VD process.Raising argon stirring power appropriately can enhance the effect of soft blowing, and protecting molten steel from absorbing gas directly should be adopted during casting process.
