摘　　要：介绍在废钢生铁块冷料不足的工况条件下,采用石灰石代替部分石灰和废钢进行造渣和降温,通过优化冷料加入方式,严格控制过程温度,满足了生产工艺需要,缩短冶炼生产时间,对降低造渣材料成本,钢铁料消耗,降低生产成本具有重大意义。When quantity of cold material of steel scrap is lack, limestone is adopted instead of part of lime for slagging and cooling.The requirements of production is met, and the time of production de-creases by optimizing adding cold material, and strict control of temperature in the process.The tech-nology is of great significance for reducing the production cost and the consumption of steel material.
