滋肾宁心方对去势雌兔雌激素及雌激素受体的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察滋肾宁心方对去势雌兔雌激素及雌激素受体的影响。方法:将36只日本大耳白兔随机分为假手术组、模型组、中药组、西药组,每组9只。模型组切除卵巢,假手术组只切开不摘除卵巢。手术后,假手术组、模型组给予等量的冷开水灌胃,中药组给予高脂饲料加滋肾宁心方灌胃,西药组给予高脂饲料加倍美力灌胃。结果:中药组E2水平与假手术组无统计学意义(P>0.05);中药组、西药组与模型组雌激素受体表达均有所增加,中药组增加更显著,且与模型组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:滋肾宁心方对去势雌兔E2水平变化影响不大,但有升高主动脉雌激素受体表达的作用,可能是其治疗绝经后冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的作用机制之一。Abstract：Objective：To observe the influence of Zishenningxin Decoction on estrogen and estrogen receptor of castration female rabbits. Methods：36 Japanese white rabbits with big eats were randomly divided into the hypothesis group,the model group,the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group,with 9 cases in each group. The rabbits＇ovaries in the model group were removed,while the ones＇ in the hypothesis group were only cut open. After the operation,the rahbits＇ stomach in the hypothesis group and in the model group were given the same amount of coht boiled water;while the rabbits＇ stomach in the Chinese medicine group were given high -fat diet and Zishenningxin Decoction;And the rabbits in the western medicine group were given high -fat diet and Premarin into their stomach. Results：In terms of E2 level,the difference between the Chinese medicine group anti the hypothesis group had no statistical significance （P 〉 0.05 ） ;The estrogen receptor expression of the Chinese medicine group, the western medicine group and the model group all increased. And the Chinese medicine group increased greatly, and its difference from the model group had statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Zishenningxin Decoction has no great influence on E2 level of castration female rabbits, but can increase aorta estrogen receptor expression, which is probably one of the working mechanism of treating pustmenopausal coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.
