摘  要:为避免机组在运行过程中叶轮间周向发生相对移动,某重型燃机转子的透平叶轮端面采用了圆弧齿相互啮合定位的结构。该圆弧齿结构特殊,配合精度要求高,加工难度大,对整个燃机转子的制造质量和叶轮接配产生直接影响,是燃机转子的关键加工技术和主要工序之一。文章对端面弧形齿的制造理论进行了分析,阐述了燃机轮盘端面圆弧齿的磨削原理和实际应用。To avoid relative movement in circumferential direction between impellers in running, the meshed arc tooth is used as the fixture structure on impeller's end face in heavy-duty gas turbine. The arc tooth's structure is special, the required fit accuracy between arc teeth is very high, the process of the arc tooth is difficuh and its accuracy influences the manufacturing quality of the whole rotor. Therefore, the machining of arc tooth is the major process and key technology of rotor machining. This paper analyzes the machining principle of arc tooth on impeller's end face and introduces the grinding principle and practical application of the are tooth.
