摘　　要：文章在对枞树型轮槽精铣刀进行分析的基础上,结合实际生产经验,对其制造工艺流程、加工难点等问题进行了深入探讨,并进一步对轮槽铣刀的关键加工技术进行了分析研究,制定出了合理有效的加工制造策略,为轮槽铣刀的加工制造提供了全面系统的技术参考。Based on the analysis of the finishing milling cutter with fir-slot for steam turbine rotor, this paper discussed the structure characteristic of the finishing milling cutter, and then analyzed the technical process and the manufacture difficulty of the finishing milling cutter with fir-slot. Finally, the article drawed up the key process technology in the key manufacture link.
