摘　　要：电磁频谱管控是信息化海上联合作战的重要组成部分,是夺取制电磁权的有效手段,对未来海上作战的胜负起着至关重要的作用。论文在分析海上电磁频谱环境构成及频谱管控现有问题的基础上,通过分析总结外军先进管理模式,对我军未来海上作战中电磁频谱管控模式提出设想,供我军参考。The electromagnetic spectrum management is an important part of informatization of joint operation on the sea and an effective way to capture the electromagnetic dominance, which plays an important role in the outcome of future sea battle .Based on the analysis of marine electromagnetic spectrum environment structure and the existing problems of spec‐trum management, the foreign army’s advanced management mode is summarized, to provide reference for our army in the e‐lectromagnetic spectrum management mode of the future naval warfare .
