摘  要:用LI-6400型便携式光合作用测定系统对窄叶短柱茶Camellia fluviatilis的光合特性进行研究。结果表明:窄叶短柱茶净光合速率日变化呈单峰型曲线,峰值出现在13:00左右,为18.65μmol·m-2·s-1;通过光响应曲线拟合得知,其光补偿点为12μmol·m-2·s-1,光饱和点为500μmol·m-2·s-1。相关性分析表明,窄叶短柱茶净光合速率与光强、大气温度具有极显著正相关性(P≤0.01),相关系数分别为0.715和0.939;与胞间CO2浓度存在极显著负相关(P≤0.01),相关系数为-0.752;与大气CO2浓度存在显著负相关性(P≤0.05),相关系数为-0.605。The photosynthetic characteristics of Camellia fluviatilis were studied by LI-6400(Li-Cor Inc, USA) portable photosynthesis system. The results showed that the curves of diurnal variation in Pn(net photosynthetic rate) had a peak at about 13:00 pm, and reached to 18.65 μmol·m^-2·s^-1; light compensation point of photosynthesis of C. fluviatilis in un-folding leaves was 12 μmol·m^-2·s^-1, light saturation point of photosynthesis was 500 μmol·m^-2·s^-1. The correlation analysis showed that:(1) The Pn of C. fluviatilis had extremely significant positive correlation(P≤0.01) with light intensity and air temperature, the correlation coefficients were 0.715 and 0.939 respectively;(2) There was significant negative correlation between Pn of C. fluviatilis and intercellular CO2 concentration(P≤0.01), the correlation coefficient was-0.752;(3) The Pn of C. fluviatilis also had a negative correlation with the atmosphere CO2 concentration(P ≤ 0.05), correlation coefficient of which was-0.605.
