B05级抽孔蒸压加气混凝土砌块的生产技术研究

摘　　要：天津滨海天筑永利建材有限公司成功生产出B05级抽孔蒸压加气混凝土（B05级抽孔AAC），本文主要介绍了其成产工艺。在该工艺条件下，B05级抽孔AAC干密度小于495kg／m3，抗压强度大于3．5MPa，热阻值大于1．54mz-K／W。具有良好的保温性能，作为单一墙体材料使用，满足天津市建筑四步节能需要。Our company-Tianjin Binhai Tianzhu Yongli building material co.,successtully produced 1503 level draw-hole autoclaved aerated concrete （B05 level pumping holes AAC）.In this paper ,the production processes was introduced.The dry density of B05 level draw-hole AAC less than 495kg/ m3;the compressive strength is greater than 3.5MPa; the thermal resistance is greater than 1.48 m2. K/W. This product has good thermal insulation performance, and meet the needs of energy-saving four-step construction of Tianjin as a single wall materials .
