摘 要:为保证火炮射击精度,火炮系统应满足射击稳定性条件。通过分析全炮的拓扑结构,建立火炮刚柔耦合动力学模型。考虑身管、摇架和上架的变形,取3部件为柔体,其余部件为刚体,分析火炮射击稳定性。建立火炮射击稳定性敏感度分析模型进行总体参数灵敏度分析,寻求对射击稳定性影响较大的设计变量。采用遗传算法对火炮射击稳定性进行了优化,有效降低了下架前座盘跳高,提高了射击稳定性。该动力学分析和优化为火炮的总体设计提供一定的理论依据。Firing stability sensitivity analysis and its optimization problems of a gun were detailed researched.The gun firing stability was analyzed by use of establishing the rigid-flexible coupled dynamics model of the gun.The gun firing stability sensitivity analysis model was built up to carry out the overall parameters sensitivity analysis so as to find out the design variables that have major influence on the firing stability.The gun firing stability was optimized by use of the genetic algorithm.The study effectively reduces the vertical displacement of front baseplate of the lower carriage,enhances the firing stability,and it can provide theoretical basis for the overall design of the gun.
