摘  要:酒钢两座8m2竖炉自2004年投产以来,用料结构随炼铁需求不断发生变化,通过对不同品质、不同配比的原料搭配生产出合格球团矿,对改善高炉合理炉料结构起到了一定的促进作用。本文主要针对目前国内钢铁行业不景气情况,通过用料结构的优化,来达到降低球团矿成本,满足生产需要的目的。Since the two 8m2 pellet shaft furnaces of JISCO were put into production in 2004, the materials structure has been changing with the ironmaking demand. The materials with different qualities were mixed with different ratio, the pellets were put out and the quality was up to standard, thus the blast furnace burden structure has been improved to be more rea- sonable. At present, the iron and steel industry is in bad condition, for this situation, the paper discusses that the optimization of the structure of materials has achieved the purpose of reduc- ing the pellets cost and meeting the production requirements.
