摘 要:本文通过分析影响镜铁山矿输出矿石块矿率的因素,采用孔底空气间隔装药、分段微差爆破工艺,以及在露天分区域采用不同的爆网参数等方法;在保证爆堆可挖性的前提下,适当降低炸药单耗最大限度提高爆堆块矿率;另外通过控制溜井空高,改造中破机前预筛分系统等措施,减少了矿石块矿率在输出过程中的损失。通过以上技术措施的应用,使输出矿石块矿率较以往提高了2个百分点,满足了酒钢选厂对铁矿石块矿率的要求。The paper analyzes the factors influencing Jingtieshan mine output lump ore rate, the methods of adopting air interval charge at the bottom of the bore, segmented differen- tial blasting process, as well as the points in the open area by adopting the method of different blasting network parameters; On the guarantee of the diggability of blasted ore pile, the lump ore rate is furthest improved by properly decreasing the explosive consumption; Besides, the loss of ore lump ore rate in the output process is reduced by controlling the chute empty high, transforming the broken machine before screening system. Through the application of the above technical measures, the output lump ore rate is increased by 2%, meeting the requirement of JISCO beneficiation plant on the ore lumps rate.
