摘 要:探讨了阻燃黏胶纤维的性能与可纺性,分析了阻燃黏胶纤维的形态结构、组成和热性能,对阻燃黏胶纤维和普通黏胶纤维的强伸性能、卷曲数、摩擦因数、回潮率及质量比电阻进行了对比.结果表明,阻燃黏胶纤维截面为不规则锯齿形,纵向有多根沟槽,与普通黏胶纤维相似;红外光谱特征吸收谱带与普通黏胶纤维相近;纺织和染整加工温度不能超过250℃;干湿态下的断裂强度和断裂伸长率均较低,在纺纱过程中应适当减少摩擦和机械打击;由于卷曲数较多、摩擦因数较大、回潮率较低、质量比电阻较高,可通过上油、适当提高车间的相对湿度和优选纺纱器材等方式改善其可纺性.Property and spinnability of flame-retardant viscose fiber were discussed in this article. Morphological structure,composition and thermal properties of flame-retardant viscose fiber were tested. The strength elongation,crimp,friction,moisture regain,mass specific resistance of flame-retardant viscose fiber and ordinary viscose fiber were compared. The results show that the morphology of flame-retardant viscose fiber is similar to that of ordinary viscose fiber,i. e.,the cross section is irregular crenellated shape and the longitudinal surface has several striations. The characteristic absorption bands in the infrared spectra are similar to that of ordinary viscose fiber. Temperature of textile,dyeing and finishing is not above 250 ℃. The breaking strength elongation under the dry and wet state are lower,so the friction and mechanical blow should be controlled during the process of spinning. The moisture regain is lower,and the crimp ratio,friction factor and mass specific resistance are higher. It is considered that the spinnability of flame-retardant viscose fiber may be improved by applying oil,increasing the relative humidity of workshop,optimizing spinning accessories,etc.
