摘 要:采用聚酯单丝和尼龙单丝编织成型网,研究上机前后成型网结构和性能的变化.用显微镜观察并分析成型网的表面形态结构,利用强力仪对使用前后样品的断裂强力和断裂伸长率进行分析,利用FX-3360 Portair透气度仪对成型网的透气性进行研究.结果表明,成型网具有较好的强力和耐磨性,成型网下机后与上机前相比,网孔较为清晰,单丝表面存在一定程度的磨损且有少量杂质残留在成型网表面;成型网因运行中的不断摩擦导致单位面积质量约减少了35.4%,网样厚度约减少了27.4%;成型网内部结构发生严重损耗,其中断裂强力下降了45%,断裂伸长率约增加了17.6%;部分杂质或细小纤维堵住网孔,网孔变形错位导致透气性约下降了5%.The forming net,weaved by monofilaments of polyester and nylon,was used to study the change of the structure and properties before and after use. Microscope was used to observe the surface morphology of the forming net. Breaking strength and breaking elongation were tested by fiber tensile strength tester. Permeability of forming net was examined by FX-3360 Portair. The conclusions are as follows. The forming net has clear mesh,preferable strength and abrasion and the surface of filament had a certain degree of abrasion and some impurities; The unit weight and thickness of forming net reduced by about 35. 4% and 27. 4% respectively,which was due to constant friction; The forming net had seriously internal loss and its breaking strength decreased by 45%,while breaking elongation increased by 17. 6%; The mesh was blocked up by some impurities and fine fibers,and the permeability of forming net after use decreased by 5%.
