摘　　要：介绍了上青矿主副井筒延深井筒贯通前需要进行的一系列措施工程,诸如对旧有井筒内梯子间拆除、梁窝开凿、放矿闸门拆除、集水、淤泥及渣石、杂物清理、各种设施清除等,并在具体实施中取得了较好的技术经济效果。The paper introduces a series of measures proj ects before main and assistant shaft deepening and shaft cut-through of Shangqing Ore,such as the demolition of the old ladder compartment in shaft,beam nest digging,ore drawing gate demolition,catchment,cleaning of sludge,sediment,and sundries,and elimination of various facilities. They have accepted good technical and economic effects in concrete implementation.
