低品位赤铁矿石湿式预选工艺研究及设计

摘　　要：在分析了某贫赤铁矿矿石性质的基础上,采用高压辊磨机和立环强磁机联合作业的湿式预选处理该低品位矿石,并介绍了预选工艺的选别工艺设计内容。该预选技术的实施可大幅降低球磨能耗,降低最终精矿的选别成本,提高经济效益。Based on the analysis of a certain lean hematite ore properties,joint process of HPGR and vertical ring strong magnetic machine is adopted to handle such low grade ore with the method of wet preliminary beneficiation.The paper also introduces the design content of this preliminary beneficiation process.The implementation of this technology can decrease the energy consumption of ball mill greatly,reduce the beneficiation costs of final concentrate,and increase the economic benefit of mining company.
