摘　　要：从"冠名"一词的语义出发,对体育冠名权进行了定义。运用法学理论,从体育冠名权的主体、客体、内容、法律性质等角度,对体育冠名权进行了分析。针对体育冠名权的侵权特点,根据体育冠名权的立法现状,对保护体育冠名权提出了合理的建议。The paper discusses the connotation of naming and the definition of sports naming right. The paper analyses the subject,object, content and nature of law of the sports naming right. The paper proposes suggestions for sports naming right according to the current legislation of sports naming right and the infringement features of sports naming right.
