摘　　要：尽快对《体育法》进行修改是目前我国体育法制建设的重要任务,体育法律责任设定质量的高低对《体育法》实效的发挥具有重要影响。采用文献资料法、数理统计、逻辑分析等研究方法对现行《体育法》法律责任存在的主要问题进行归纳总结,认为《体育法》法律责任设定在符合一般立法要求的同时也要体现体育法律责任的自身特性。在对此要求进行详尽阐述的基础上,从4个方面提出了完善体育法律责任的思路与方法。With the research methods of literature study, statistics and logic analysis, the paper summarizes the main problems in the legal liabilities of the current Sports Law and proposes that the legal liabilities of Sports Law are set based on the general legislation and also reflect the features of the sports law liabilities. The paper also proposes ways to improve the sports liabilities in four aspects.
