摘　　要：为了提高我国学生的自主创新能力,促进我国"学习型社会"的建设,从学校体育的角度,对国内外关于体育自主学习的理论和实证研究分别进行综述,归纳了有效培养我国学生体育自主学习能力的对策与建议,展望了体育自主学习领域的未来研究趋势等。In order to improve the independent creative ability of Chinese students and the development of the learning soci- ety of China,the paper discusses the theoretical and empirical researches of the independent sports researches in China and world. The paper also summarizes the countermeasures of independent sports study ability of the students in China and proposes the future development of the independent sports study field.
