西南片区6个烤烟新品系适应性研究初报

摘　　要：为给烤烟新品种的审定、布局提供科学依据.2014年,昆明寻甸试点以MSK326为对照,针对中国烟草遗传育种研究(北方)中心提供的6个烤烟新品系开展小区品比试验.结果表明,田间抗病性、经济性状、外观质量等综合表现以贵烟2号和HB061较好,云烟117、云烟119和贵烟8号中等,CF226较差.而根据田间生物学数量性状,6个新品系可分为3类:第Ⅰ类(贵烟8号)营养生长期长,植株高、叶数多、节距密、茎秆细,移栽至现蕾、中心花开放期的时间明显推迟;第Ⅱ类(贵烟2号、云烟117和HB061)茎秆粗、叶片较长,移栽至现蕾、中心花开放的时间中等;第Ⅲ类(CF226、云烟119和MSK326)株高、叶数、节距中等,叶片较短,移栽至现蕾、中心花开放的时间较短.To provide reference basis for approving of tobacco varieties and regional planting,in 2014,taking the local spreading variety MSK326 as the contrast,6 new flue-cured tobacco lines coming from Tobacco Genetics and Breeding Research （Northern）Center of China were planted and researched in Xundian County.The results showed that according to the comprehensive analysis in aspect of diseases occurrence in the field,economic traits,and appearance quality of initial cured leaves,Guiyan 2 and HB061 were the best;Yunyan 117,Yunyan 119 and Guiyan 8 were better but CF226 was the worst in all the indexes compared to the contrast.According to biological quantitative traits,6 tobacco varieties could be divided into three categories.The first class Guiyan 8 showed long nutrition growing period,high plant height,more leaf number,dense pitches,and thin stem and the obvious delayed time period from transplan-ting to bud presenting and blooming.The second class Guiyan2,Yunyan117 and HB061 showed big stem,wide leaf shape and the medium time period from transplanting to bud presenting and blooming.The third class CF226,Yunyan119 and MSK326 showed medi-um plant height,leaf number and pitches and the short time period from transplanting to bud presenting and blooming.
