摘　　要：从医学模拟教学模型研发的管理、创新体系的构建、团队的组建、流程的确定、技术平台的搭建、资金保障、成果转化7个方面探讨了医学院校自主研发医学模拟教学模型的方法及实践经验,并提出教学需求是医学模拟教学模型研发的原动力,创新体系构建是研发可持续发展的关键,多渠道投入资金及校企合作模式是研发成功的保障3点创新经验.The method and practical experience of independent research and development on medical simulation teaching models in Medical College are discussed from seven aspects：research and development management of medical simulation teaching model,innovation system construction,team building,processes confirmation,technology platform building,fund guarantee and achievement transformation.The three innovative experiences are put forward：teaching demand is the motive power;innovation system construction is critical for sustainable devel-opment and multi-channel investment funds and school-enterprise cooperation mode is successful guarantee of research and development.
