摘  要:根据拓展训练的特性,以体育教学为载体设计促进大学生心理健康的拓展训练教学干预方案,并进行实证研究.结果表明,拓展训练体验式教学对少数民族大学生心理具有积极的健康促进效益;实验组学生拓展训练教学后SCL-90各因子均比教学干预前明显下降,与对照组相比在强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、精神病性6个维度达到显著性水平(P<0.05,P<0.01);学校开展拓展训练课程可以弥补传统体育教育中对于心理健康教育不足的问题.According to the features of expanding training designed to promote physical education teaching as a carrier of Mental Health to expand the training of teaching intervention program for empirical research.The results show that expanding training experience teaching of minority college students has a positive mental health promoting benefits;each factor of SCL-90 in the experiment group after expanding training teaching is obvious decreased compared with that before teaching intervention;compared with the control group in obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,terror and psychotic the six dimensions achieve significant levels (P 〈0.05,P 〈0.01).The expending training course in schools can make up for the lack of mental health education in the traditional physical education.
