大陆与澳门“国家安全法”比较研究

摘　　要：为维护国家安全,我国于1993年制定了国家安全法。澳门是我国享有高度自治权的特别行政区,根据澳门基本法的有关规定,澳门于2009年制定了《维护国家安全法》。将大陆与澳门国家安全法的立法背景、主要内容、危害国家安全行为及法律责任等进行比较研究,有助于了解澳门的国家安全法律制度、法律文化,从而对修改和完善《中华人民共和国国家安全法》有所启迪。In order to maintain national security, China issued the national security law in 1993. Macao, one of the Special Administrative Regions, according to its basic law, formulated the National Security Law in 2009. The comparative study between the Mainland and Macao National Security Laws with regard to their legislation background, main content, activities endangering state security and legal responsibility is conducive to the understanding of Macao’s national security legal system as well as legal culture, and to the revision and perfection of the National Security Law of China.
