摘  要:目的探讨经伤椎与跨伤椎固定治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折的临床效果。方法将90例胸腰椎骨折患者随机分为两组,各45例。对照组采用跨伤椎固定治疗,观察组采用经伤椎固定治疗,观察两组手术情况、术后并发症、末次随访伤椎椎体高度丢失率及Cobb角度。结果观察组手术时间短于对照组(P<0.05),术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05),术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组末次随访时伤椎椎体高度丢失率均较治疗前明显减少,Cobb角度均较治疗前明显缩小;两组末次随访时比较,观察组伤椎椎体高度丢失率少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经伤椎固定治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折具有手术时间短、出血量少、术后并发症少及伤椎椎体高度丢失率低等优点,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of through the injured vertebra method and across the injured vertebra method in treatment of thoracolumbar spine fracture .Methods Ninety patients with thoracolumbar fractures were randomly divided into two groups( n =45,each).The control group underwent across the injured vertebra method and the observation group underwent through the injured vertebra method .The operation situation,postoperative complications and the last follow -up injured vertebral height loss rate and Cobb cone angle of the two groups were observed .Results The operation time, intra-operative bleeding volume and post -operative complication rate of the observation group were all lower than that of control group ( P 〈0.05).The injured vertebral height loss rate and Cobb cone angle on the last time follow -up were reduced compared with that before treatment and the injured vertebral height loss rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group ( P 〈0.05).Conclusion The through injured verte-bra fixation method for the treatment of thoracolumbar spinal fracture has such advantages as shorter operation time ,less bleeding vol-ume,less postoperative complications and less injured vertebral height loss .
