碘伏冲洗联合臭氧雾化治疗宫颈糜烂的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨碘伏冲洗联合臭氧雾化治疗宫颈糜烂的临床效果。方法将500例宫颈糜烂患者随机分为两组,各250例。对照组给予保妇康栓联合制霉菌素片或甲硝唑阴道泡腾片治疗,观察组给予碘伏冲洗联合臭氧雾化治疗,对比两组治疗效果及不良反应。结果观察组总出血时间、流液及异味消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.01);观察组治疗3个疗程后各疗程总有效率分别为64.4%、82.8%、95.6%,高于对照组各疗程总有效率(P<0.01);两组用药期间均无严重药物不良反应发生。结论碘伏冲洗联合臭氧雾化治疗宫颈糜烂效果确切,且操作简单,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of iodophor douche combined with ozone atomization in the treatment of cervical erosion.Methods Five hundred patients with cervical erosion were randomly divided into two groups with 250 cases in each group,the control group was given Baofukang suppository combined with fungicidin or Metronidazole effervescent tablets in the treat -ment,and the observation group was given 0.05% iodophors irrigation combined with ozone therapy .The adverse reaction rate efficacy of the two groups were compared .Results In the observation group,the total bleeding time,fluid and odor disappearing time were shor -ter than that in the control group（ P 〈0.01）.After three courses of the treatment,the total efficiency rate of observation group were 64.4%,82.8%,95.6% respectively,significantly higher than that of the control group （ P 〈0.01）.No serious adverse reaction oc-curred during the course of medication .Conclusion Iodophor douche combined with ozone inhalation treatment of cervical erosion can achieve satisfactory efficacy and has the advantages of easy operation and is worthy of clinical application .
