模架式组合冲模的浮动式结构的设计特点分析

摘　　要：模架式组合冲模中一般采用了"三浮动"式结构,即浮动模柄、浮动导柱、浮动凸模,这里对模架式组合冲模的结构组成及原理进行了简单介绍,对模架式组合冲模的"三浮动"式结构的设计特点及用途进行了分析。在模架式组合冲模的设计中,采用"三浮动"式结构是为了既保持专用冲模的功能特点,又可使模具灵活组装、反复使用,实用性极强,并大大地改善钣金件的加工质量,值得研究与推广。Frame type combined punch in the general use of the ＂ three floating＂ type structure,namely the float shank,floating guide pillar,floating punch,here of the combined die structure and principle are introduced,the frame type combination die ＂ three floating＂ type structure design features and uses of in the analysis,design of the mold type combined die,the ＂ three floating＂ type structure to function can keep special die,and the die and flexible assembly,repeated use,very practical,and greatly improve the machining quality of sheet metal,worthy of research and extensionf.
