摘 要:坯料初始放置位置在模锻成形过程中起着重要作用,影响着成形过程中的材料流动和型腔充填。采用有限元方法研究了钛合金支柱锻造成形,对不同坯料初始放置位置的模锻过程进行了数值模拟。定义了描述坯料放置位置参数x,分析了在锻造过程中不同坯料放置位置的材料流动和型腔充填情况。研究结果表明:由于坯料和模具的几何特征,坯料在成形初期存在一个向右刚性移动的阶段,不同放置位置的刚性右移距离不等;不恰当的坯料放置位置容易导致折叠和充不满缺陷;随着x增大,左侧型腔由充满到充不满转变,右侧型腔由充不满到充满转变;在x=-42 mm处左右两侧型腔都充满,并且没有发现折叠缺陷。Initial setting position of billet plays a crucial role in die forging process, and has an important influence on material flow and cavity filling in the die forging process. Die forging process of titanium alloy strut was investigated by finite element method, and the nu- merical simulations of the processes under different initial setting positions of billet were carried out. The parameter x was defined to describe the setting position of billet. The material flow and cavity filling in the forging processes under different setting positions of billet were analyzed. The results show that in the initial forming stage, the billet has a rigid movement to the right due to the geometric characteristics of both billet and die, and the moving distance is changing for different setting positions. Improper setting position of billet is prone to causing defects such as folding and under-filling. With increasing of x, left cavity changes from filling to under-filling, while right cavity changes from under-filling to filling. However, both left and right cavities are filled up when x is about -42 nan, and folding is invisible.
