摘  要:阐述了柔性夹钳拉形原理,建立了柔性夹钳多点拉形有限元模型,以球形件为例对柔性夹钳多点拉形时的压痕进行了数值模拟,分析了材质、预拉伸率、径厚比、聚氨酯厚度对球形件压痕的影响。结果表明,可以用厚向应变来描述压痕,当板材的屈服应力越大、预拉伸率越大、板厚不变条件下径厚比越大、半径不变条件下径厚比越小或聚氨酯越厚时,压痕越轻微。对球形件进行柔性夹钳多点拉形实验,试验结果表明,聚氨酯厚度为20mm时,球形件表面仅存在轻微压痕,表面精度较好。Forming principle of flexible clamp multi-point stretch forming was elaborated, and finite element model of flexible clamp multipoint stretch forming was set up. The numerical simulations of dimple for spherical parts formed by flexible clamp multi-point stretch forming were carried out, and the effects of material, pre-stretching ratio, radius-thickness ratio and polyurethane thicknesses on the dimple of spherical parts were studied. The results show that dimple can be described by thickness strain: the larger the yield strength and the pre- stretching ratio are, the larger the radius-thickness ratio is in the case of constant thickness, the smaller the radius-thickness ratio in the case of constant radius or the thicker the polyurethane is, the slighter the dimple is The flexible clamp multi-point stretch forming experiments were conducted. The results show that the surface of spherical part exists is gentle dimple, and the surface accuracy of spherical part is good when the polyurethane thickness is 20mm.
