摘  要:通过对汽车顶盖零件形状特点分析,介绍了顶盖的冲压成形工艺,设计了顶盖天窗翻边快换的模具结构。在模具结构设计上,运用气动快换结构把气缸的水平运动转化为翻边凸模的竖直运动,在快换组件的上下部位均设有弹性元件(氮气弹簧、螺旋弹簧);重点介绍在同一副模具上实现有无天窗顶盖成形的快换结构工作过程、弹性元件受压情况、工作行程以及其它部件的设计要点;并通过试验在同一副模具上成形出有天窗和无天窗的汽车顶盖零件。试验结果表明,该快换结构功能可靠、可以保证翻边质量,缩短模具开发周期及提高生产效率。By the analysis on the product characteristic, stamping process of an automobile roof panel was introduced and the structure of flanging die with quick switching mechanism for roof panel skylight was designed. Through pneumatic quick switching mechanism, the horizontal motion of the cylinder plunger was transferred into the vertical motion of the flanging punch. Elastic elements ( nitrogen springs, coil springs) were installed on both upper and lower parts of the switching component. Design points of the process of the switching mech- anism, compression conditions of the elastic elements, the working stroke and other parts were discussed to form automobile roof panel with or without skylight on the same die. Automobile roof panels with and without skylight were produced by one die. The results show that the switching mechanism is reliable and feasible, which guarantees the flanging quality, shortens the development cycle and improves the production efficiency.
