摘 要:超高强度钢的热冲压成形技术是实现汽车轻量化、同时提高车身碰撞安全性的重要途径之一,在汽车制造业中得到了广泛应用,寻求新型加热技术及设备是近年来热冲压技术研究的重点。本文基于超高强度钢热冲压成形原理,探讨了加热技术中加热参数对板料成形的影响;详细介绍了辐射、传导、感应3种方式加热原理,以及在投资成本、加热效率等方面的综合对比;从加热途径、炉内气氛、陶瓷辊传送等问题对辊底式加热炉展开分析,并介绍了几种高效的新概念加热设备。The hot stamping technology of uhra-high strength steel is one of the most important ways to realize auto lightweight and increase the impact safety, and it is widely applied in the auto industry. Therefore, searching for the new heating technology and equipment is the most important research at present. Based on the principle of hot stamping, the influence of heating parameters on the sheet forming was studied, and the three heating methods of radiation, induction and conduction were briefly introduced and their investment cost and heating efficiency etc. were comprehensive compared. Then the roller hearth furnace was analyzed regarding issues of the heating ways, atmosphere in the heating furnace and conveying of china roller etc. , and some new efficient concept furnaces were given.
