摘  要:研究了不同预处理工艺对新型模具钢的影响,分析了预处理温度对模具钢组织、硬度和冲击韧性的影响。结果表明,当对模具钢进行一次预处理时,模具钢组织中存在大量偏析;进行二次预处理后模具钢的组织偏析现象得到改善,分布更加均匀。进行二次预处理时,随着退火处理温度的提高,试样硬度显著下降;随着固溶温度的升高,模具钢硬度先增大后降低。模具钢冲击韧性随二次预处理温度增加呈上升趋势,当采用二次预处理工艺为1080℃+850℃时,试样冲击韧性达到最大值216.3 J·cm-2。The influence of different pretreatment processes on new die steel was studied and the effects of pretreatment temperature on the structure, hardness and impact toughness were analyzed. The results show that when the first pretreatment is applied, there is a lot of segregation at the grain boundary of die steel organization, and the segregation is improved by the second pretreatment. When the second pretreatment is applied, the hardness decreases obviously with the rise of annealing temperature, and the hardness increases at first and then decreases with the rise of solution temperature. The impact toughness of die steel increases with the rise of the second pretreatment temperature. When the pretreatment temperature is 1080 ℃ + 850 ℃, the impact toughness reaches the maximum value of 216. 3 J · cm-2.
