摘 要:为提高和保障牛肉产品质量安全,提高供应链的透明度,设计开发了1个基于射频识别(RFID)和EPCglobal网络的牛肉产品供应链追溯系统。在追溯系统设计方案中,对追溯单元的变化过程进行了详细的分析和建模,采用动物耳标和EPC(Electronic product code)编码作为追溯单元识别码;在EPC信息服务(EPCIS)标准的基础上,对企业内部生产信息和外部追溯信息的获取及转换进行了详细分析和建模。追溯系统应用结果表明,该系统可有效地实现牛肉产品供应链上各企业间的信息共享,从而实现牛肉产品供应链的无缝追溯。In recent years,traceability system has been considered as an effective tool to guarantee quality and safety in food products and improve the supply chain transparency.In this study,a beef supply chain traceability system based on radio frequency identification(RFID) technology and EPCglobal network was developed.In the system,traceability unit transformation along the beef chain was identified and analyzed,and animal ear tag code and electronic product code(EPC) were employed to identify traceability units.The process of traceability information acquisition,transformation and transmission along beef supply chain were described in details,and a novel methodology for modeling traceability information using the EPCIS framework was proposed.The traceability system implemented and tested on a beef supply chain realized the information sharing among enterprises,thereby achieving the seamless traceability of beef supply chain.
