摘  要:介绍了一种新型发动机缸体结构及技术要求,并详细介绍了生产工艺:采用KW水平分型静压铸造生产线,组芯造型工艺,中注、半开放式浇注系统,在集渣包底部设置陶瓷过滤片进行挡渣,设置砂芯及型腔排气系统,主体芯通过二次射砂的锁芯工艺;采用10 t/h的一拖二中频感应电炉熔炼,提高铁液的CE,低C高Si,同时采用Cr、Cu、Sn进行低合金化处理,尽量将Ti、P等有害元素控制在最低,适当提升w(S)量,采用炉前孕育+随流孕育。针对生产中出现的各种缺陷进行详细分析并采取相应防止措施,使油腔芯变形、气孔、砂眼、夹砂、缸孔夹杂等缺陷逐一消除。A new engine block structure and technical requirements were introduced.Its production process were elaborated.KW scale horizontal type static pressure casting production line was put into use.Core assembly process and semi open middle gating system was also used.A ceramic filter was put in the bottom of the slag ladle to hold back slag.Exhaust system was designed in sand core and cavity.Locked core process was applied on the main core by sand shooting twice.A 10 t/h scale,"One-drive-two"controlled medium frequency induction furnace was used to melt metal.The composition of melting had high percent of CE and Si but low percent of C.Some elements like Cr,Cu,and Sn were also added in a small amount.Ti and P was controlled strictly and S percent was lifted appropriately.The inoculation was applied before furnace and in the metal-stream.According to the various defects in production,detailed analysis and appropriate measures were taken.The results indicate that the defects like oil cavity core deformation,porosity,sand inclusion and the inclusion in cylinder hole were eliminated.
